Assistant Production Manager

The Assistant Production Manager coordinates and executes production for concerts, events, and programs at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, managing day-of production needs including stage setup, contracted crews, and basic sound and lighting. Working closely with the Director of Artistic and Production Management, the role plans production and staffing needs, coordinates artist communications, and ensures adherence to Conservation and Security requirements. The position also supports audio archiving and basic concert hall maintenance, requiring availability for evenings and weekends.
