Assistant Program Director, Employment and Day Services

The Assistant Program Director supports the Program Director in overseeing the effective and efficient daily operations of assigned programs within Employment and Day Services. This position is responsible for supervising, training, and supporting assigned staff, ensuring the implementation of Individual Support Plans, and promoting the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. The role also involves providing case management support, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures.
