The Assistant Program Director will partner with the ACT Director to provide clinical leadership, supervise staff and interns, and maintain a small caseload while ensuring high-quality, person‑centered care for adults with serious mental illness. The role includes supporting daily operations, leading team meetings, handling on‑call crisis support, and ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.
