Assistant Project Manager - Armory Renovation

The Assistant Project Manager supports the renovation and upgrade of the Lexington Ave Armory project, working closely with the Engineer in Charge to coordinate technical and administrative tasks across all construction phases. This role involves assisting with project planning, scheduling, and reporting while monitoring construction work to ensure quality, compliance, and budget control. The position requires coordinating activities across multiple trades, with a strong focus on MEP systems, and overseeing contractor performance, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
