About this role
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Facilities Services Capital Project Delivery (CPD) unit supports the delivery of capital projects across the University of Chicago campus. Assigned by the Executive Director for CPD and reporting to a CPD Director, the APM helps document project requirements, manage communications with stakeholders, and support achievement of schedule and budgetary objectives. This is an individual contributor role focused on campus construction and renovation projects of small to moderate scope.
