Assistant Project Manager

Our client, a well-established General Contractor specializing in high-end residential construction and renovation in Manhattan and the surrounding Tri-State area, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a Project Manager on active projects. The role serves as the lead administrative partner, managing the flow of information between the GC, subcontractors, vendors, and the design team. The Assistant Project Manager will oversee project documentation, support budget and schedule tracking, and drive day-to-day coordination from pre-construction through close-out.
