Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at assigned properties, working under the direction of a Project Manager or AVP/VP of Construction. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to track project solutions against corporate goals, assist in developing construction budgets and schedules, and monitor project construction budgets throughout the development process. The position requires a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for retail development experience.
