Assistant Project Manager

This role pairs the candidate with a Senior Project Manager on active heavy civil and highway projects, providing hands-on responsibility for daily project operations from day one. The position involves managing submittals, RFIs, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while tracking quantities, costs, and payment requisitions. As the candidate demonstrates capability, they will engage in owner and inspector interfaces, schedule updates, and change management with a clear path to running their own projects.
