Assistant Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project commercial and billing functions, including BOQ management, cost control, measurement and valuation, billing cycles, and variation management. The position ensures alignment with project budgets, contractual obligations, cash flow requirements, and overall financial performance. It serves as the central coordination point for all billing, cost control, and commercial activities across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
