Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Management Team in the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring lease conditions are met and maintaining accurate rent rolls. This role involves fostering strong tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and assisting with financial reporting and budget preparation. The position requires collaboration with the Property Manager, Sr. Engineer, and Property Accountant to meet operational needs and achieve organizational goals.
