EAH Housing
The Assistant Resident Manager I will support the Resident Manager in overseeing a 90‑unit affordable housing property, handling rent collection, work orders, resident relations, and compliance tasks with minimal supervision. The role requires at least one year of affordable housing management experience, tax‑credit and Yardi Voyager knowledge, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
