Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the overall operations of the Shores Hotel restaurant and Club Dining outlets by coordinating daily food service activities and overseeing staff. This role involves supervising employees, managing budgets, resolving service complaints, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality. In the absence of the Manager, the Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for managing the total operation of the restaurant.
