Assistant Sales Trainer

The Assistant Sales Trainer provides training, support, and guidance to the sales department, delivering both in-person and virtual sessions focused on sales techniques and closing skills. The role involves developing and facilitating training programs with subject matter experts to support the field organization. This position reports to the Director of Sales and interfaces with Retail Sales, Call Center Sales, and MDU Sales departments.
