Assistant School Director

The Assistant School Director at Family Star Montessori provides critical leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth, high-quality day-to-day functioning of the school’s early childhood programs. This role works in close partnership with the School Director to support classroom excellence, staff supervision, enrollment, and compliance with Montessori principles and Head Start Performance Standards. The position oversees the consistent implementation of operational systems, policies, and procedures across classrooms to drive continuous improvement and organizational efficiency.
