About this role
The Assistant Site Manager for DashMart Kitchens leads the daily operations of a DoorDash-owned kitchen within a DashMart fulfillment center and supports growth of in-house food programs. This role partners with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality culinary execution, operational excellence, and a safe work environment. The position is hands-on and requires flexibility to work late-night and weekend hours and to be cross-trained between kitchen and fulfillment operations.
