The Assistant Site Manager provides training, coaching, and reflective supervision to early childhood classroom teaching staff, including Teachers and Master Teachers. This role involves developing relationships with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in Early Head Start and Prevention Initiative education programs, and providing leadership in lesson plan development and classroom routines.
