As the Assistant Store Manager, you drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture. You ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the store, which includes training, visual merchandising, managing inventory and cash controls, and serving as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
