Assistant Store Manager – Sales

The Assistant Store Manager – Sales will partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute business growth plans, oversee a team of Captains and hourly teammates, and ensure operational excellence and exceptional athlete experiences. This role focuses on coaching, performance management, hiring, scheduling, and driving key retail initiatives such as merchandising, loyalty programs, and sales strategies.
