Assistant Store Manager

The Operations/Merchandising Manager leads in-store operations and merchandising efforts to ensure excellent customer experiences and drive sales and profitability. This role develops and coaches store associates, enforces company standards, and is accountable for overall store performance and key metrics. The position focuses on consistent execution of processes across receiving, inventory, merchandising, pricing, and customer service.
