Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best‑in‑class customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager in driving profitability, merchandising, and operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, they assume full responsibility for the store, overseeing sales performance, staff training, visual standards, and inventory management.
