Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wahiawa Thrift Store, ensuring a positive customer and donor experience while maintaining ARC merchandising standards. This role involves coaching and training staff, managing cash handling and loss prevention, and ensuring the store runs effectively in the Store Manager's absence. The position supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program by contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the retail location.
