Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the General Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, including firearms sales, general retail, training services, and range activities. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing team members, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a safe, secure, and profitable environment. In the absence of the General Manager, this role assumes full leadership responsibility for the store.
