Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of Epic Mountain Gear Frisco, providing leadership across sales, customer service, merchandising, and store operations. This role serves as a knowledgeable representative of the Epic Mountain Gear and Vail Resorts brands, ensuring high standards of guest service and employee engagement. The position acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence.
