Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of a HOT Goodwill retail store. This role involves coaching team members to achieve performance goals, fostering a positive community-focused environment, and assuming full leadership responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
