Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager provides direct supervision and leadership to retail supervisors and hourly team members, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Ellensburg, WA store. This role partners with the Store Manager to achieve sales, operational, and customer experience goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe work environment. The position is responsible for overseeing store operations, loss prevention, and exceptional customer service to support Goodwill's mission.
