Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive business results and share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with the team. This role is responsible for achieving key store goals such as sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence and enhancing the customer journey. The position involves managing day-to-day store operations, including training, visual merchandising, inventory, and labor scheduling, as well as serving as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
