Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and General Manager in overseeing daily operations at the Brentwood, TN retail store, leading the team directly when the Store Manager is absent. This role focuses on supervising staff, executing inventory and merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to help the store achieve its sales targets and KPI benchmarks. The position also involves serving as a secondary point of contact for sublet tenants and facility issues while maintaining deep product knowledge and brand standards.
