Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, lead and develop the sales team, and deliver an inspiring customer experience at the new Marbella store. This role focuses on driving business growth across B2C, B2B, and Interior Design channels while upholding Kave's brand values and standards. The position involves supporting daily store operations, managing stock, and fostering a collaborative, customer-centric team environment.
