Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the store manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies for a Sherwin-Williams paint store, supporting all aspects of store operations including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety. This role involves supervising and training store staff, contacting customers to generate sales leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. The position typically requires a 44-hour work week, including evenings and/or weekends, and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive health benefits.
