Assistant Superintendent - Victoria

Axiom Builders is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and project team in directing and coordinating construction site operations for a 4-building, 300+ unit waterfront community in Victoria, BC. The role involves planning schedules, managing labour and materials, ensuring field team effectiveness, and championing safety initiatives in partnership with the CSO and safety team. The Assistant Superintendent will work collaboratively with construction leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project compliance.
