Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent group as a primary leader and manager of field construction projects, ensuring the exacting completion of build-related oversight tasks while developing superintending skills. This role involves collaborating closely with Superintendents to manage inspections, client walkthroughs, system commissioning, and safety compliance on active sites. The position requires strong organizational and leadership abilities to oversee crew members, coordinate material lifts, and maintain project documentation.
