Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent and Project Manager in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications. This role is responsible for monitoring workmanship, coordinating subcontractors, tracking materials, maintaining daily logs, and enforcing safety standards. The Assistant Superintendent plays a critical role in driving productivity, quality control, and compliance with OSHA and state and federal regulations while helping ensure successful project delivery.
