About this role
The Assistant Supervisor implements CARD treatment programs for patients with autism and provides mid-level supervision and direct therapy under the guidance of Clinical Supervisors. The role supports individualized ABA treatment across CARD centers, patient homes, community settings, and via telehealth, reporting to the center Operations Manager. Extensive initial and ongoing training in CARD curriculum and ABA techniques is provided; this is a fully billable position.
