Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA
The Assistant Swim Team Coach supports the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA by helping develop swimmers in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. This role assists with planning and leading practices, coaching at swim meets, teaching proper stroke technique, and fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. The position serves as a positive role model while helping swimmers reach their individual goals and ensuring a high-quality experience for participants and families.
