Assistant Teacher

Under the direction of the Lead Teacher, this role assists in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children at the YMCA Dillard Early Learning and Youth Academy Branch. The position focuses on providing a quality experience to children and parents that emphasizes YMCA values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. The assistant teacher supports curriculum implementation, maintains accurate records, and ensures a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
