Assistant Toddler Teacher

The Assistant Toddler Teacher supports the Toddler 2 classroom at the Millworks YMCA Early Learning Center, helping 14 children ages 20–30 months develop language, social, and independence skills through play-based learning. This full-time morning role requires a collaborative team player who can manage daily routines, maintain a safe environment, and communicate positively with families. The position focuses on fostering a nurturing space where toddlers can explore, learn, and thrive.
