Assistant Vice President, Corporate Development

The Assistant Vice President, Corporate Development will support and lead workstreams across the origination, evaluation, due diligence, structuring, and execution of Life and Annuity M&A and reinsurance transactions for Fortitude Re globally. The role collaborates closely with senior corporate development leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external advisors, managing deal lifecycles and developing client presentation materials. It also involves building relationships with bankers, brokers, and advisors while providing analytical support such as market research and financial modeling.
