About this role

The Assistant Vice President, Facilities Operations oversees system-wide operational planning and management across all Endeavor acute care hospitals, ambulatory sites, non-acute real estate, and support facilities. This leader standardizes maintenance and engineering practices across sites, drives process improvement, and prioritizes capital needs with senior leaders. The role exists to ensure facility strategies are executed consistently and efficiently — so every site is safe, functional, and ready to support best-in-class patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee system-wide operational planning and management across all hospitals and support facilities
Set direction and serve as a primary contributor to the strategy and vision for the Facilities service line
Plan the facilities capital project portfolio and prioritize capital needs with senior leaders
