About this role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is hiring an Assistant Waiter for the Astron Bar & Aristotle’s Cigar Lounge for the 2026 season on a minimum 6–7 month contract. The role is based at the luxury seaside resort on the Athens Riviera and supports delivery of refined, attentive service in an upscale lounge environment. This is a seasonal position within a globally recognized hospitality brand.
