Assistant/Associate Director, Major Gifts

The Assistant/Associate Director, Major Gifts leads strategy and team efforts to secure major gifts and build a pipeline of donors, primarily focusing on alumni, friends, and family of current students. The role involves developing long-term philanthropic relationships, soliciting gifts of $50,000 and higher, and managing fundraising volunteers to help reach annual revenue goals. This position requires extensive travel and collaboration with Advancement staff, administrators, faculty, and volunteers to cultivate and steward high-value donor relationships.
