About this role
The Ohio State University Department of Emergency Medicine is recruiting a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to build an independent research program focused on cardiovascular-related disease areas, with emphasis on myocardial infarction, cardiac repair/regeneration, heart failure, and related translational bioengineering applications. The position is based at the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute within the OSU Wexner Medical Center/College of Medicine research environment. Candidates will be evaluated on research accomplishments and potential, including publications and external funding, alongside demonstrated interest in academic teaching.
