Assistent Teamleider Warehouse

As an Assistant Team Leader in the Amsterdam warehouse, you will lead a team of 10-20 warehouse employees to ensure daily processes are executed efficiently and safely. You will oversee operations, coach staff, address issues, and communicate improvements to Team Leaders while maintaining productivity and team motivation. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, and involves working in both standard and cold storage environments.
