The Associate Director of Clinical Operations is primarily accountable for the end-to-end performance and project management of assigned protocols in Brazil, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations. This role serves as the main point of contact between Country Operations and the Clinical Trial Team, overseeing feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution, and close-out. The position requires leading local study teams, managing risks, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality clinical trial execution.
