About this role

The Associate Director/Director of Statistical Programming provides technical leadership and programming support for Clinical Development, coordinating with biostatisticians, clinical data managers, CROs, and other stakeholders. The role supports the creation, implementation, and maintenance of statistical programming deliverables from study start-up through regulatory submission and post-marketing support. This position also drives process improvements, CDISC implementation, and quality systems while mentoring junior staff and contributing to resourcing and recruitment.
