About this role

The Associate/Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Erasca serves as a key liaison for manufacturing small molecule drug products at external CDMOs, working alongside cross-functional teams in process development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. This strategic role oversees the design and manufacture of investigational drug products from pre-clinical stages through commercialization, ensuring alignment with internal goals and external regulations. The individual acts as a subject matter expert in GMP and regulatory guidelines while driving project execution and providing status reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and manufacture of small molecule drug products externally
Manage contractual relationships with contract manufacturing organizations and laboratories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet CMC and regulatory goals
Author and approve regulatory submissions including INDs and NDAs
Provide strategic direction for drug product design from pre-clinical to commercial stages
