Associate Account Manager

This position is responsible for managing relationships and day-to-day service requests for employee benefits accounts to support producing risk advisors. The role involves developing insurance solutions, reviewing policies, and coordinating with clients and carriers to ensure accurate coverage and client satisfaction. Associate Account Managers work under supervision while progressively increasing responsibilities to eventually become independent Account Managers.
