Associate, Actuarial

The Associate, Actuarial at Oscar supports pricing for ACA Individual and Small Group markets and partners with Market P&L, Insurance Product, and analytics teams to inform regional pricing and product strategy. The role reports to the Associate Director, Actuarial and helps ensure pricing is actuarially sound while supporting regulatory submissions and plan design compliance. This position contributes to actuarial best practices and cross-functional collaboration as Oscar grows its markets.
