The Associate Asset Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets across a global organization, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with legal and security requirements. The role supports procurement planning, logistics, and coordination with HR, Legal, and Information Security to maintain chain-of-custody and readiness for forensic or compliance needs. This position is hands-on and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve and automate asset management processes. The role is based in Oakland, CA and requires onsite presence five days a week.
