Associate Athletic Director, Compliance

The Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Risk Management ensures strict adherence to NCAA, Atlantic 10 Conference, and University regulations while leading a comprehensive compliance program. This role provides a holistic experience for over 350 varsity student-athletes, fostering their individual growth, academic success, and community service. As part of the Athletics leadership team, the position also administers assigned athletic sport programs, including coach supervision, budget monitoring, and student-athlete well-being.
