The Associate Channel Account Manager (ACAM) at PTC is a quota-carrying sales role focused on growing revenue through channel partners across SMB and mid-market accounts within a defined region. The role supports both strategic initiatives and tactical transactions while coordinating a cross-functional channel "pod" to develop and execute region-specific strategies. The ACAM reports to an Inside Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Director and helps expand footprint through upsell, cross-sell, and new account development.
